  • Our specialty is in one main area: websites for small businesses who want the benefits of having an online presence. Typically small businesses are looking for a way to bring in new customers, improve the experience for existing ones or just generally have a good online presence and reputation to appear trustworthy.

Businesses like this don't need fancy e-commerce stores or advanced websites with complex logic (which can easily cost several thousands). They just need a simple, presentable and effective website, which is the niche we fill.

To sum that up in one sentence, we make simple, good looking, mobile friendly, search engine optimized websites where information is neatly organized, providing an easy and inviting place customers can come to so they can learn about your business, your products/services and easily get in touch.

  • Even though the cost won't be a lot, you as a business owner want to know why you're paying for something and what benefit it brings with it. It generally comes to two main things: wanting to bring in new customers or give the existing ones a good experience. These things can only be a positive to your business. Happy customers are customers that will spend more, refer you to their friends and speak nothing but good things about your business. Who doesn't want that?

To give some concrete examples, here are a few common problems a website may solve within your business:

    • Customers can't find us online so we lose potential new customers and appear untrustworthy.
    • Competitors have better websites and people are choosing them over us, affecting our revenue.
    • Our existing site makes us look outdated, and is a pain to maintain, costing us a lot of time and potential customers.
    • Our existing site is a hassle to use for customers, so they just leave and choose someone else over us.

  • After learning why a website would be beneficial to a business, this is the most common question small business owners will ask.

Small businesses like yourself don't have endless capital to spend, each penny is crucial and used as efficiently as possible. We understand this, which is why we will never charge extortionate prices. As a rough guideline, and based on history of past websites, we charge between £500-£1500, all dependant on how many pages are required and the content required within those pages. For most clients' requirements it is towards the lower end of the scale, and some prefer to start small and expand as the business expands.

We welcome you to get in touch to discuss so we can provide you with an exact quote on price.

  • The time to design, code and then launch the website always varies for every client. However, as a general rule of thumb, a website would take around two and a half weeks, although there are several factors that go into this time estimate, so it could be more or less.

The estimate we give you takes into account design, development and getting the website fully configured and launched. This of course varies depending on how many pages the website needs, how much content is needed in those pages, any iterations required and anything in between.

We also are open to special time requests if we think we can realistically meet the deadline. This would require more resources and commitment, so these projects would be charged extra on top of the normal price.

  • I think there is a common mistake a lot of businesses make, and that is once the deliverable has been given (in this case the live website), the communication ends and that's it. Then something goes wrong, you need some small changes or even some advice, and all of a sudden the business is hard to reach and eventually you need to pay up again.

We pride ourselves in maintaining contact and being a company you can always message if you encounter any problems after the sale. One of our major selling points is that if you need something done on the website, you just tell us and we do it, which relieves your time, that can be better spent focusing on the core business tasks. Trivial changes are always free of charge.

This effectively lets you, the owner of a business, focus entirely on the business and leave the website stuff to us. You can think of us as the "Website guys" so you never have to stress about anything on the website side of things.
